Welcome to my page! My name is Saige Curtis Jex. I am the owner of the Brain Coach and the Founder of the Affirmations Line! I value positive Mental Health culture, healthy habits, and fashion.

I am currently studying to be a nurse and a mental health counselor, and focus my research on brain health and healthy behavioral stability.

After experiencing mental health issues most of my life, I began to dive into how to make my life healthier and how to help people do the same

My 24 year old sister, Cierra, Passed away in 2019. She died by suicide, and left my family heartbroken without her. I decided to turn my pain into something she would be proud of. This entire operation is inspired by her.

Everything I do is honoring Cierra, Max, John, and Sharon. Family who has all passed on.
